We founded Citizen OxyWellness, LLC in 2024, and operate today as a wellness center in Dothan, AL, offering hard-shell Hyperbaric Oxygen, Photobiomodulation Red Light, Molecular Hydrogen, and Whole-Body Vibration Therapy to the public. Sourcing first-quality equipment at a competitive cost forced us to become experts in the pricing, features, and manufacturers behind this equipment — so we became distributors ourselves. Two years in, our relationships with manufacturers are solid and our own center's equipment has performed well.
We now offer these same products for commercial or home use, at the lowest available pricing for state-of-the-art, high-quality wellness equipment — with transparency and no buyer confusion. We will not be undersold, and our installation and service are first-class.
Our pricing includes shipping, and white-glove installation and training at your location on orders of items priced at $10,000 or more, and phone support and training for purchases under $10,000 — no add-ons to surprise you. Applicable taxes are additional. Delivery ranges from 1 week to 3 months depending on the item. We will service your equipment during the warranty period free-of-charge and after-warranty at our standard rates for travel, parts and service.
Our Mission
Citizen OxyWellness was unhappy with the wellness equipment offerings available when we opened our first wellness center. Pricing, service, and product quality didn't meet our own standards or match our business goals. We spent years becoming experts in the wellness equipment market — and once we found the high-quality products we wanted at the pricing and quality we demanded, we concluded that someone needed to offer the public a better opportunity when seeking these products.

Hyperbaric Oxygen Chamber

PBM Red Light Therapy Chamber and Panels
Six models: CO-1400, CO-2850, CO-3300, CO-3325, CO-3325D and CO-4400, with acrylic panel flat bed and top, offering wavelength penetration into the body up to 2 inches, with pulsing frequency controls of wavelengths and heat therapy effects. Remote tablet controls on some models and controls on chamber. Blue-tooth music speakers and cooling fans keep the device and user cool.
2-year warranty on shell and components, 5-year warranty on LED bulbs.
Full-body photobiomodulation chambers with 13,680, 27,360, 32,400 or 43,200 Taiwan Epistar Diode bulbs, plus lower-priced panels. Wavelengths: 633, 660, 810, 850, 940 nm with option to substitute other wavelengths such as Blue 450 nm or Near-infrared 830 nm.

Molecular Hydrogen Inhaler and Water Generator
2-Way Hydrogen/Oxygen Generator & Hydrogen Water Generator
Our 2-way hydrogen/oxygen pulsing generator and hydrogen water generator produces 2000 mL/min hydrogen and 1000 mL/min oxygen — 3000 mL total output (66.66% H₂ / 33.33% O₂) — our tank holds 2 liters of steam-distilled pure distilled water. Our pulsing unit senses when a user's breath is taken and pulses the gas as the user inhales, so no gas is wasted on the exhalation phase. Water production mode pulses gas into your water bottle for Hydrogen Water to drink after a few minutes of gas infusion. CE, RoHS & FDA 21 CFR 177 certified.
